Your Narrative: Imposing public school costs on families - Sunday, November 1st
The public school charged us 5 million tomans in tuition, yet the school has no facilities. Schools take money from parents under various pretexts during enrollment, and when it is time to issue report cards, they hold them hostage and refuse to hand them over until they get paid. After collecting money from parents, my son's school is now looking for a benefactor for the remaining expenses. The government does not provide any assistance to schools. Public schools collect tuition and contributions from families just like private schools do, under various excuses. A few days ago, the school sent a message asking everyone to deposit 250,000 tomans.

Architects of the Killings; Part 7: The Endless Cycle of Repression
In its report on the Woman, Life, Freedom uprising, Amnesty International states that the silence of the international community regarding the mass killings in Iran, combined with continued impunity, has paved the way for a cycle of violence. Emphasizing that the killings of January 2026 bear the same hallmarks of crimes against humanity as the crackdown of 2022, Amnesty International believes the way to break this cycle is for the international community to hold the architects and perpetrators of these killings in the Islamic Republic accountable. Your Narrative: Living conditions under the shadow of political repression and military tensions - Sunday, November 1st.
The economic situation is so bad that the Mihan company cannot afford to pay for the drivers' service. How ruined is the country's situation that Mohsen Rezaee—someone whom even Khamenei did not consider a human, did not take responsibility for, and did not involve—has now become the person in charge of everything in the country. Poor Iran. Digikala has delayed payments to sellers. Invoices are constantly changing, figures are decreasing, and previous invoices are disappearing from the sellers' panel. We have no recourse. Ninth of Aban, Imam Reza Hospital in Eslamshahr: Witnessing widespread dissatisfaction among patients and visitors regarding the situation.

About Iran Monitor — Real-Time OSINT Intelligence Dashboard

Iran Monitor is an independent, open-source intelligence (OSINT) dashboard providing real-time situational awareness on Iran. The platform aggregates publicly available data from over a dozen verified sources — including international news feeds, social media monitoring, NASA FIRMS satellite thermal imagery, ADS-B flight tracking, AIS maritime data, and financial market APIs — to deliver a comprehensive, structured picture of unfolding events across Iran's 31 provinces.

The dashboard features a proprietary Capability Degradation Index (CDI) that assesses military and infrastructure readiness across five vectors: Infrastructure, Assets, Human Capital, Command & Control, and Functionality. Each power center — spanning IRGC, Artesh, Basij, government, and critical infrastructure — is evaluated and tracked over time, providing unique analytical depth not available from any single news source.

Key metrics monitored in real time include the IRR/USD exchange rate (black market), Brent crude oil prices, Iranian airspace status (via NOTAMs), Strait of Hormuz maritime corridor operations, province-level internet connectivity, and protest intensity indices. These macro indicators are contextualized alongside granular OSINT signals classified by type (IMINT, SOCMINT, ADS-B, AIS, WEBINT, SIGINT) and severity level.

Designed for journalists, researchers, policy analysts, security professionals, and the general public, Iran Monitor operates 24/7 with automated data pipelines and AI-powered intelligence summarization. The platform runs with no paywall, no subscription required, and complete editorial independence — it does not represent any government, political organization, or military entity.
